CLARC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which provides for wellness and recovery and advanced drop-in services for older youth and adults with a history of psychiatric illness. CLARC offers community referrals, computer training and employment counseling for residents of Montgomery County, Maryland. Creative wellness and recovery art projects; which involve paintings and drawings and the consumer concession stand are two on-going consumer operated businesses. CLARC also offers interpretive services for native spanish speaking clients.
